ph52 operates under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Each player may hold only one ph52 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited per these Terms.
ph52 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By accessing ph52.app, creating an account, or using any Service offered by ph52, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the ph52 Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on the ph52 platform. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and ph52.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the ph52 platform and close your account. Continued access to ph52 after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. ph52 will notify registered players of material changes via the registered mobile number or account notification system.
These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use ph52 in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing online gaming. ph52 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. ph52 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend accounts where the age requirement has not been satisfied. Any winnings generated by an underage player shall be void and forfeited.
3.2 Residency. ph52 is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for players who are physically located within the jurisdiction where access to ph52's Services is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ph52 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3.3 Account Registration. To access Real Money gaming on ph52, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information required by ph52 or PAGCOR. You warrant that all registration information is truthful and accurate at the time of submission and at all times thereafter.
3.4 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) ph52 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. ph52 may, at its sole discretion, close duplicate accounts, void associated transactions, and forfeit balances held in duplicate accounts.
3.5 KYC Verification. ph52 is required by PAGCOR to conduct Know Your Customer identity verification for all players. You agree to provide valid Philippine government-issued identification and any additional documentation requested by ph52 for KYC purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph52 login credentials, including your username and password. ph52 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security. Any activity conducted using your ph52 account credentials will be attributed to and held to be your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.
4.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify ph52 customer support immediately if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised use of your ph52 account. ph52 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.3 Accurate Information. You agree to promptly update any account information that becomes inaccurate or outdated. ph52 may restrict account functionality pending verification of updated information.
4.4 Account Currency. All ph52 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph52 does not offer multi-currency accounts.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph52 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, QR Ph, Visa, and Mastercard. ph52 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph52 does not impose fees on GCash or Maya e-wallet transactions; however, third-party financial institutions may apply their own charges.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. ph52 aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for verified accounts. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. ph52 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawal requests, including but not limited to KYC documentation requests.
5.4 Player Funds. ph52 maintains player funds in accounts segregated from ph52's operational funds in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. Player funds are not used for ph52's business operations.
5.5 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited to your ph52 account are derived from lawful sources. ph52 reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious deposits to relevant Philippine authorities as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and PAGCOR regulations.
6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers from ph52 are subject to specific terms, eligibility criteria, and wagering requirements that will be published on the relevant promotion page. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to verified players who have completed KYC requirements.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, qualifying games, and contribution rates will be specified in each promotion's specific terms.
6.3 Abuse & Misuse. ph52 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where ph52 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, use of automated systems, or collusion with other players.
6.4 Modification. ph52 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional terms prevail over general Terms in the event of any conflict specific to a promotion.
7.1 Game Certification. All random number generator (RNG) games offered on ph52 are independently certified for fairness on a quarterly basis by a third-party testing laboratory under PAGCOR's technical standards framework. Return-to-player (RTP) rates for individual games are available within each game's information panel.
7.2 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other fault during a game session, ph52 reserves the right to void the affected game round. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays." ph52 will make reasonable efforts to restore affected sessions where technically feasible.
7.3 Suspected Cheating. ph52 uses automated and manual systems to detect irregular betting patterns, collusion, software exploits, and other forms of cheating. Players found to be cheating will have their accounts immediately suspended, balances frozen, and winnings voided. ph52 may refer cases to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph52, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the ph52 platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to gambling outcomes, loss of data, interruption of service, or unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
11.2 ph52's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount of Real Money funds held in the player's ph52 account at the time the claim arises.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits ph52's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
ph52 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; PAGCOR directive; or any other reason ph52 reasonably determines to be in the interests of platform integrity or player safety.
Upon termination of an account for reasons other than fraud or prohibited conduct, ph52 will return the verified Real Money balance to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any applicable legal hold requirements. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure.
Players may voluntarily close their ph52 account at any time by contacting ph52 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
13.1 Internal Complaints. Players who wish to raise a complaint regarding ph52's services should contact ph52 customer support in the first instance. ph52 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve complaints within ten (10) business days.
13.2 PAGCOR Escalation. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through ph52's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, which has jurisdiction over licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines. PAGCOR's contact information and escalation procedures are available on the PAGCOR official website.
13.3 Arbitration. Disputes not resolved through the above processes shall be subject to binding arbitration in the Philippines under applicable Philippine arbitration law. The language of arbitration shall be English.

By registering for ph52, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the ph52 Privacy Policy. ph52 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, PAGCOR regulation, or as necessary to provide the ph52 services (e.g., payment processing, identity verification).
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 9487, and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and circulars. The courts of the Philippines shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.
